One of the best things about being a company executive is trying out their products before they sell them to the public.
For example, Steve Jobs is known for using the earliest versions of Apple iPhones to understand how people use this thing and how it feels being in another man's shoes.
Therefore, Tesla CEO Elon Musk will take this opportunity to drive his company's car before others. But, to see Musk out and about in Tesla’s yet-to-be-released Cybertruck? It might not be the same as running across a real, live unicorn, but it may elicit a similar response of excitement.
This is exactly what happened this weekend when someone stopped next to Musk, who was sitting in the passenger seat of Cybertruck at an intersection in Hawthorne, California, where both Tesla and Musk’s SpaceX company have large facilities. An Instagram user who passed the handle "gorgeousrika" posted a video of the encounter when she and her companion marvelled at the sight of the massive Cybertruck
It seemed that Musk thanked for being recognized because he smiled and waved as his internet stunts drove away, and then even tweeted a post containing the encounter video.
What does appear obvious is that the Cybertruck is very big, as it looks like the car taking the video barely comes up to the bottom of the Cybertruck’s window.
It seems like Musk enjoys taking his next big thing out for a spin from time to time. However, because of Tesla’s production and delivery plans, everyone else will have to wait until at least the end of 2021 to have the driving experience Musk is having today.
